Patrick McCoy

Patrick McCoy is currently the Acting CFO at Gateway Development Commission (GDC). Previously, Patrick served as Deputy Chief of Financial Services and Director of Finance at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority. With a background in finance and investor relations, Patrick has also held positions at various organizations such as New Power Company, Fleishman-Hillard Inc, and TSASC Inc. Patrick's expertise includes overseeing the issuance of municipal bonds, managing debt portfolios, and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and equity analysts. With a strong educational background in Urban Policy Analysis & Management and Psychology, Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their role.

Gateway Development Commission (GDC)

The Gateway Program is the most urgent infrastructure program in the country – a comprehensive rail investment program that will improve commuter and intercity services, add needed resiliency and create new capacity for the busiest section of the Northeast Corridor (NEC). The NEC is the most heavily used passenger rail line in the country hosting more than 2,200 train movements and 800,000 passenger trips daily. The Gateway Development Commission (GDC) is a single-purpose bi-State agency with Board members representing Amtrak and the States of New York and New Jersey. GDC is the project sponsor for the Hudson Tunnel Project.
