Paul Acerra has had an extensive career in finance and investment banking, with roles ranging from Managing Director at Lehman Brothers to their current position as Senior Director of Finance at Gateway Development Commission. Throughout their career, Paul has worked on debt management, capital markets pricing, and specialized in areas such as lease financing and fuel hedging. With a BA in Economics from the University at Albany, SUNY, Paul has also been the Owner/President/CEO of PCA Trading LLC, showcasing their skills as an equity, fixed income, commodity, and currency trader.
Gateway Development Commission (GDC)
The Gateway Program is the most urgent infrastructure program in the country – a comprehensive rail investment program that will improve commuter and intercity services, add needed resiliency and create new capacity for the busiest section of the Northeast Corridor (NEC). The NEC is the most heavily used passenger rail line in the country hosting more than 2,200 train movements and 800,000 passenger trips daily. The Gateway Development Commission (GDC) is a single-purpose bi-State agency with Board members representing Amtrak and the States of New York and New Jersey. GDC is the project sponsor for the Hudson Tunnel Project.
