Rob Hoffman

Rob Hoffman has extensive experience in commercial lending, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Gateway since November 2021, following a role as Vice President of Commercial Lending. Prior to Gateway, Rob held the position of Vice President of Commercial Lending at Regent Bank from June 2020 to November 2021 and briefly worked as a Commercial Banking Consultant at Oklahoma State Bank. Rob's previous roles include various positions at Simmons Bank, including AVP Commercial Banker and AVP Credit Analyst II, as well as Commercial Credit Analyst at IBC Bank. Rob began the career in the banking industry as a Credit Intern at F&M Bank. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma and an Associate of Arts in Business from Coffeyville Community College. Additionally, Rob completed a program with the American Bankers Association in 2018.
