Sandra Coulter is a seasoned IT Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst at Gateway First Bank since August 2021, Sandra acts as Security Admin for the FIS HORIZON XE core banking system and collaborates with various bank divisions to optimize technology use. Previously, as VP/Solutions Engineer Manager at First Oklahoma Bank, Sandra specialized in security administration for the Jack Henry Silverlake system and contributed to the development of a new phone center and website.
