Prior experience includes serving as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner at Desjardins Groupe d'assurances générales and as Manager of Human Resources at Sobeys Inc. and Rogers Communications. Karen began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Advisor at Rogers Publishing in 1995. Karen holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
