Nichole Cretarola has extensive experience in education and case management, currently serving as a Case Manager at Gateways Community Services since August 2013. In this role, Nichole acts as a liaison and emergency consultant for families and individuals facing mental health challenges and developmental disabilities, while also overseeing a workforce training program for young adults. Previously, Nichole worked as a teacher at Maple Avenue Elementary School and Richards Elementary School, where responsibilities included supporting Special Education students and modifying academic materials to enhance learning outcomes. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing, a Master's degree in Elementary Education, and a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
