Laurie Cybulski has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over several years. Laurie is currently the Director of Human Resources at GBA (George Butler Associates) since June 2021 and previously held positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager and Corporate Recruiter/HR Generalist at the same company. Prior to GBA, Laurie worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the City of Leawood from December 2014 to August 2015 and at Valley View Bank from February 2012 to December 2014. Laurie also has a significant tenure at E-Systems (currently Raytheon), where they served as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist from September 1990 to January 1996, handling various responsibilities such as Employee Relations, EEO/AAP, Compensation, College Relations, and Leadership Training and Development. Before that, they worked as a College Relations Administrator at E-Systems from January 1989 to September 1990.
Laurie Cybulski earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce, completing their studies from 1985 to 1988. Laurie obtained additional certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute in June 2014, and the SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in February 2015. Additionally, Laurie completed the Dare to Lead Training offered by Dare to Lead™ in December 2019.
