Robert Dickson serves as the Vice President of Professional Services for North America at GBG Plc since October 2018, leading a team focused on the integration and implementation of location intelligence solutions, including address verification and geocoding. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at IBM from 2002 to 2018, including Principal Solutions Consultant and Worldwide Technical Sales, and contributed to the acquisition of Ascential. Additional experience includes a role as Principal Presales Consultant at Kalido and Sales Engineer at Vality Technology, the latter of which was acquired by Ascential. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University.
