Joanna Baker

Joanna Baker is an experienced professional in the credit control and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Senior Credit Controller at GBUK Group since September 2018, after previously working as a Credit Controller. Prior to GBUK Group, Joanna held the position of Sales and Customer Service Administrator at Yorvale Ltd for one year and spent over two decades at Hovis Ltd, where roles included Co-ordinator for Wheatfeed, responsible for logistics and invoicing related to wheatfeed, and Wheat Administrator, focusing on the planning and scheduling of wheat. Joanna's education includes a Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) qualification obtained in December 2020 and a BTEC National Diploma in Bakery Science and Technology from Thomas Danby College, Leeds, completed in 1996.
