Mohammed Al Muaili is an experienced professional in the electrical engineering and management fields, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at GCCELAB since April 2017. Prior to this role, Mohammed held the position of Technical Support Manager at National Grid SA from March 2011 to April 2017 and served as Operation Engineering Division Manager and Senior Transmission Engineer at Saudi Electricity Company from December 1995 to March 2011. Mohammed holds a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor in Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, obtained in 1995. Additionally, Mohammed pursued further education at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2014 to 2015.

GCC Lab is an Electrical Testing Laboratory which is world class Electrical Product Testing and Services Hub in the GCC and MENA region, Independent authority for testing and certificating High-Voltage, Medium-Voltage and Low-Voltage electrical equipment, Act as a third party for failure investigations and arbitration, provide Low Voltage calibration services for electrical equipment and testing tools and certification courses for engineers and technicians. GCCELAB will serve as a corner stone to enable major electrical equipment manufacturing the GCC and the surrounding region by offering cost-effective and world-class testing & certification services to ensure the highest levels of equipment safety, reliability and efficiency. The facility will include specialized labs to support applied Research & Development and innovation initiative in the region, as well as providing practical training. Additionally, the Lab will be designed to deliver on-site inspection and efficiency assessment for electrical equipment.
