David Kampsen

David Kampsen has extensive experience in the telecommunications and engineering sectors, currently serving as Sr. Manager Service Management Center at GCI Communication Corp. since March 2008, with previous roles including Sr. Manager Engineering and Operations, Network Engineer III, and Sales Engineer, where David contributed to Alaska's largest telemedicine network by providing pre-sales design support. Earlier roles included Managing Broadband Operations Engineering Manager, where responsibilities encompassed service delivery platform management and project implementations, as well as Network Engineer at Alaska Railroad and service as a Nuclear Biological Chemical Warfare Specialist in the US Army from June 1983 to October 1995. David holds educational qualifications from Charter College, completed between 1996 and 1997.
