Mark Johnson is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as Operations Superintendent at GCT Global Container Terminals Inc. since November 2005, Mark leads daily activities to ensure safe and efficient operations while optimizing resource utilization. Mark's previous roles include Ship Planner, Rail Planner, Yard Planner, and Customer Service Representative, each contributing to an extensive understanding of cargo management and operations. Additionally, since January 2019, Mark has held the position of Director of Operations at KMK Supply, where responsibilities include supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing initiatives, and inventory management. Mark's career also includes experience as a Customs Broker at Carson International, specializing in EDI clearances and HS Tariff classifications. Mark holds a degree in International Trade & Transportation from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
