Stephanie Leung

Stephanie Leung is a seasoned professional in the intelligence community with extensive experience in business development and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development Intelligence at General Dynamics Information Technology since April 2019, Leung has previously held key roles including Program Manager at S2 Analytical Solutions, Chairman of Activities for the National Military Intelligence Foundation, and Deputy Portfolio Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology. Leung's expertise encompasses managing multi-million dollar budgets, developing training programs for the Department of Homeland Security, and strategic planning for intelligence operations in the U.S. Navy. Leung holds a Master's degree in International Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature from the University of Florida.
