Guy Sargeant has extensive experience in HR and reward management. Guy started their career as an HR Development Manager at Watford Borough Council in 1986 and worked there for 20 years. In 2006, they joined the Royal National Institute of the Blind as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for various aspects of reward administration and systems. During their time at RNIB, they also led the introduction and development of a new HR system and managed the payroll function. In 2014, they took on the role of Head of Reward and Benefits at GDST (The Girls' Day School Trust). In addition to their professional roles, Guy Sargeant was also a Member of the Reward & Employee Benefits Association in 2015.
Guy Sargeant attended Ferndown Upper School from 1976 to 1981, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study.
