John Ganser

John Ganser is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process engineering, currently serving as Lead Manufacturing Engineer at GE Aerospace since February 2019. Specializing in assembly processes at the Lafayette Engine Facility, John has expertise in CNC programming, robotics, and predictive maintenance, demonstrating leadership through a multi-site Kaizen project aimed at reducing downtime and contributing to the development of a machine status monitoring system. Additionally, John operates as a licensed FAA Part 107 Commercial UAS pilot and business owner at Ideal Aerial Services.
