Maxwell Roy

Maxwell Roy has over a decade of experience in engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as Lead Supplier Quality Engineer - Coatings and Lead Engineer - Materials Science and Engineering at GE Aerospace since February 2018. Prior to this role, Maxwell held positions as Product Line Leader and Process Engineer at The Shepherd Color Company from January 2015 to February 2018, and also gained experience as a Chemical Engineering Intern at the same company in 2012 and 2013. Earlier work experience includes a Research Assistant role at The Ohio State University, where Maxwell developed laboratory skills and prepared blood samples for cell cytometry. Maxwell's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of Dayton.
