Eric Paez

Eric Paez currently serves as the Director of Power Electronics at GE Appliances, a Haier company, a position held since March 2018. Prior to this role, Eric held various engineering positions at GE Appliances, including Engineering Director for Air Conditioner Electronics and Senior Electronics Engineer, contributing significantly to the development of the 2019 Zoneline PTAC platform and leading teams in the successful launch of various electronics projects. Earlier in Eric's career, experience included roles at GE Consumer and Industrial, where leadership in electronic design engineering achieved notable innovations such as the measured fill system for refrigerators. Eric earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Florida International University.
