Wendy Treinen

Wendy Treinen is an experienced communications professional with a comprehensive background in brand and product communications, public relations, and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Director of Integrated Brand & Product Communications at GE Appliances, a Haier company, since October 2017, Wendy has also held positions including Director and Senior Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes Public Relations Manager at Brown-Forman, where responsibilities encompassed managing communications for brands such as Old Forester and Woodford Reserve. Wendy's career also includes a role as Director of Marketing and Communications at the Kentucky Derby Museum and positions at the American Lung Association and Greater Cincinnati Ob/Gyn, Inc. A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a BA in Broadcast Journalism and Spanish, Wendy began her career as a television reporter at WXIX FOX19.
