Hannah Decew - Mshrm

Hannah DeCew holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a degree in Public Relations from California State University-Sacramento. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff for Corporate and Global Functions at GE Vernova, Hannah has also contributed as a Research Fellow for The Josh Bersin Company, managing projects related to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on HR practices. Previous experience includes roles in Human Resources at The Niello Company and a temporary position as an Employee and Labor Relations Coordinator at California State University-Sacramento, where responsibilities involved training, employee relations, and labor negotiations. Earlier positions include an Assistant Operations Manager and Supervisor at California Family Fitness.
