Tobias Länge

Tobias Länge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President Industrial Components and Managing Director at GEA Group since January 2017, Tobias oversees a manufacturing site with 130 employees, integrating operational responsibilities within GEA's matrix organization, including P&L management, engineering, and sales. Prior roles include Director Supply Chain for BOCK Group, where Tobias managed supply chain operations across Germany, Czech Republic, India, and China, and leadership positions in supply chain and material management at DIY Element System, Thomson Neff GmbH (a Danaher Group member), MAHLE, and ElringKlinger. Tobias holds an MBA in General Management from IfM - Institut für Management and several relevant certifications from IHK and vocational training centers.
