Geauga County Public Library
Sarah Osinsky is an experienced librarian with a comprehensive background in library services and administration. Currently serving as the Collection Development Librarian at Geauga County Public Library since February 2019, Sarah specializes in selecting materials for the adult collection and managing the collection development budget. Prior roles include Assistant Manager of Adult Services at Euclid Public Library, where Sarah supervised staff and provided reference services, and Adult Services Librarian at both Euclid Public Library and Mentor Public Library. Additional experience encompasses roles in activities coordination and administrative support within educational and legal contexts. Sarah holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and English from Cleveland State University.
