Cher Yuan

Cher Yuan serves as the Head of Human Resources for APAC at Geberit since April 2019, playing a pivotal role in the APAC management committee and contributing to the establishment of a high-performance culture within the global team. Prior to Geberit, Cher Yuan was the HR Director at HELLA, overseeing the electronics division with over 2,500 employees in China and Vietnam from September 2015 to April 2019. A career in human resources includes significant positions at Visteon Corporation, where responsibilities extended to the China and APAC office following an acquisition, and at Johnson Controls, managing HR operations for the China electronics division. Early career roles include positions at Eastman Kodak and Volkswagen. Academically, Cher Yuan is pursuing a Master of Philosophy at Zhejiang University and holds degrees in psychology, business administration, and Germanistic from reputable institutions.
