Caroline Woywadt has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Caroline started their career as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at RWTH Aachen Institut für Aufbereitung, Kokerei & Brikettierung in 1996. Caroline then worked as Leitung Labor & Qualitätswesen at Hüttenzement GmbH from 1998 to 2000. In 2001, Caroline was a Projektingenieur at CEM Cement Coblenz GmbH & Co. KG. Caroline then became an IT Consultant at infor business solutions AG from 2002 to 2003. Caroline joined Loesche GmbH in 2004 and served as the Head of Department "Cementtechnology" until 2008. Following this, they worked as a Product Manager Group Grinding at Humboldt Wedag GmbH from 2008 to 2011. Currently, Caroline is the Director Process Technology at Gebr. Pfeiffer SE, a role they have held since 2011.
Caroline Woywadt completed their education at RWTH Aachen University. Caroline earned a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Bergbau/Aufbereitungstechnik from 1990 to 1996, followed by a Dr.-Ing. degree in Aufbereitungstechnik from 1996 to 2000.
