Xia Lu

Xia Lu has extensive experience in human resources and application support, currently serving as the Head of the Application Support Department at 吉利控股集团 since October 2015, where responsibilities include annual IT application planning and budget management. Prior roles include Overseas HR Project Manager, focusing on labor market analysis for new company setups, and Global Mobility Manager for Geely Group, where strategic mobility research was conducted for various countries. Previous experience at Volvo Car Corporation from September 2010 to September 2015 included roles as a Recruitment Specialist and HR Assistant, providing support for recruitment and HR operations. Xia Lu holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from China West Normal University.
