Geenex Solar
After gathering experience in the European and West Coast markets, Georg Veit established a team of industry professionals and raised the necessary capital to develop his own utility-scale and commercial systems, which led to the founding of Geenex in 2012.
Since overseeing Geenex’s very first system, the 20 MW HXOap Solar One project in North Carolina, Georg has led all major contract negotiations for the company including Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Engineering, Construction and Procurement (EPC) Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSA) and construction financing contracts. Georg has a wide breadth of experience having worked in and with a variety of financial and market scenarios and having overseen residential, commercial and utility-sized renewable energy systems.
His perspective gives Geenex the ability to maneuver through the ever-fluctuating variables encountered during the development of a solar photovoltaic (PV) facility.
