Mark Weissman comes to Geenex Solar with over 40 years of experience in all facets of transactional and real estate due diligence. He is Geenex Solar’s primary contact for all title and survey reviews, including title curative work as needed. Additionally, Mark prepares and reviews transactional documents and agreements while working with outside counsel to facilitate closing transactions. Mark is also charged with maintaining corporate governance records and requirements. Prior to joining Geenex Solar, Mark worked in the in-house legal department of a large utility-scale developer whose satellite office was located in North Carolina.
Mark is a graduate of George Washington University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
