Geissler’s Supermarkets started in 1923 with A.F. Geissler delivering groceries to the small village of Broad Brook in the town of East Windsor, Connecticut. The company is now owned and operated by the 4th generation, the great grandchildren of A.F. Geissler. The 4th generation is keeping up with the high standards set by their great grandfather to provide excellent quality food and customer service. Unique to today’s “Supermarket”, Geissler’s has butchers, which cut meat fresh and grind hamburg daily. Along with in store butchers, Geissler’s has many meal options to fit any lifestyle. Thyme Savour Meal Kits, fresh salad bars, hot buffets, store made fresh deli salads created in Geissler’s kitchens, made with Real Hellmann’s Mayonnaise and many more options are available. Geissler’s also partners with local farms and local producers from Connecticut, Massachusetts and New England to bring you the freshest products possible, because Geissler’s=Local=Fresh.
