Andrew Tonino

Andrew Tonino currently serves as a Compliance Officer at Gelber Group LLC, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Vice President and General Counsel at Sunrise Futures LLC from January 2023 to January 2024. Andrew's experience also includes a tenure at FINRA from January 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing investigation outcomes as a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Financing Department and assisting in legal research as a Legal Extern in Enforcement. Additionally, Andrew acted as Onboarding Counsel for StartEngine from October 2021 to December 2022, providing legal and regulatory guidance for fundraising compliance. Andrew earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in May 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Legal Studies in Business and a minor in Finance from Tulane University in May 2016.
