Martin Junginger

Martin Junginger has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Global Product Manager for Pharma and Business Development at GELITA since August 2017. Prior to this role, Martin held various positions at HARTMANN GROUP from January 1998 to July 2017, including Director of Development for Modern Wound Care, where responsibilities involved leading the development of Class II and III products, managing product families, and ensuring sustainable growth. Additional roles encompassed team leadership, project management, and technical documentation for modern wound care products, as well as overseeing complex projects related to sterilization and hydrogel manufacturing in multiple countries. Martin holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
