Philipp Richter

Philipp Richter is an experienced professional in procurement and category management with a strong background in the chemicals and packaging industries. Currently serving as Global Category Manager for Chemicals, Packaging, Energy, Waste & Utilities at GELITA since October 2019, Philipp previously held roles as Global Lead Buyer for Chemicals & Packaging. Prior experience includes positions as Head of Procurement at Calvatis Calgonit and Anti-Germ, as well as Procurement Manager and Regional Lead Buyer at BASF, focusing on specialty chemicals and raw materials. Philipp began a career in procurement after an internship in the finance department at Lufthansa.
