Eric Benington, CPA, MBA has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Eric started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, where they worked as a Senior Manager in Assurance and Business Advisory Services. In this role, they planned and supervised audit engagements for various clients in different industries.
After eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Eric joined Sky Financial Group, Inc as the Vice President of Finance. Eric was responsible for all external reporting requirements, including SEC and regulatory reporting.
In 2004, Eric moved to Affinia Group, Inc as the External Reporting Manager and International Specialist. Eric oversaw external financial reporting and US GAAP compliance for this global automotive parts supplier.
In 2005, Eric joined Health Care REIT, Inc as the Vice President and Assistant Controller. Eric managed the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and supervised a team of staff members.
Currently, Eric holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Rudolph Libbe Group. In this role, they are responsible for enterprise-level accounting, reporting, tax, risk management, and treasury functions. Rudolph Libbe Group provides site selection, design build, construction management, and trade contracting services to clients nationwide.
Eric Benington, CPA, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Miami University from 1989 to 1993. Following this, they pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration from The University of Toledo from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their educational background, Eric Benington is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Accountancy Board of Ohio.
