Randy DeLuca has extensive experience in virtualization and network administration, currently serving as a Virtualization Engineer at Rudolph Libbe Group since January 2013, where responsibilities include maintaining virtual infrastructure, disaster recovery, hyper-converged systems, and both Windows and Linux environments. Previously, as a Network Administrator, Randy managed VMware environments, SAN, user issues, server hardware, and SQL database maintenance. Early career roles include Help Desk Technician, where responsibilities involved managing help desk tickets and antivirus software deployment, and Manager at The Venue, a sports bar. Randy also has experience in loss prevention from a position at Sears Holdings Corporation and holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Owens Community College.
