Bert Kleen

Bert Kleen is an experienced project leader with a diverse background in municipal and nonprofit project management. Currently serving as Project Leader for the transformation project of a former farmstead into a residential neighborhood at Gemeente Apeldoorn, Bert also oversees research into the role of municipalities regarding Jewish properties during and after World War II for Gemeente Steenwijkerland. Past roles include managing various projects focused on energy transition, community engagement, and urban development across multiple municipalities, including Gemeente Zwolle and Gemeente Zwartewaterland. Bert's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and additional specialized training in project management and innovation.
