Jose de Robles is an experienced leader in organizational development and management with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Since March 2010, Jose has served as Wethouder and a Member of the City Council for Gemeente Uithoorn, while also owning and managing TAO Organisation Development and Quercus Interim Management from January 2014 to March 2021 and January 2007 to March 2021, respectively. Key roles include serving as Director of HR, Finance, ICT, and Facilities for GroenLinks, where Jose restructured the internal organization and managed election campaign resources. Previous experience includes senior positions in HR management at BP Nederland B.V. and Exact, as well as providing strategic consulting at Quint Wellington Redwood. Jose holds a PhD in Organizational Development and an MBA with a focus on HRM and Marketing, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
