Emily Dungey has a diverse range of work experience. Emily started their career as a Content Editor at John Wiley and Sons in 2008. Emily then moved on to Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, where they held various positions including Press Officer, Global Lifestyle Communications & Events Manager, World Tour Project Manager, and Head of Special Projects & Philanthropy. Following their time at Rolls-Royce, Emily worked at Save the Children UK as the Head of Marketing Strategy & Performance. Emily then joined SIRIN LABS, a luxury mobile phone start-up, as the Head of Marketing & PR. Currently, Emily is working at Gemfields Group as the Group Marketing & Communications Director, overseeing stakeholder communications and driving integrated international marketing campaigns. In addition, they have also set up and launched the Gemfields Foundation, the charitable arm of the company, where they have successfully raised over USD 400k to date.

Emily Dungey earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Emily then pursued further education at the University of Portsmouth, completing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Project Management & Leadership from 2009 to 2011.
