Wayne Collins is an experienced professional in project management and intelligence analysis, currently serving as a Task Order Project Manager at Gemini Industries since September 2012, focusing on Counter-IED Analysis and Operations. Prior to this role, Wayne worked as a Project Manager at Parsons Government Services from 2009 to September 2012 and held positions as a Senior Associate at McMunn Associates, where responsibilities included consulting on Maritime Domain Awareness and leading project efforts. Wayne's extensive career in the U.S. Coast Guard spanned from 1978 to 2006, culminating in the rank of Captain with significant experience in intelligence roles. Wayne holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence from the Defense Intelligence College and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
