Jay Reynolds

Jay Reynolds is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and banking. Currently serving as Managing Director at Gemspring Capital since July 2022, Jay previously held various roles at The Riverside Company, including Principal and Vice President, from September 2013 to July 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Associate and Associate at Veronis Suhler Stevenson from August 2008 to September 2013, and as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch from July 2006 to July 2008, where Jay specialized in the Media and Telecommunications group. Jay began the career as a Summer Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 2005.
