Steve S.

Steve S. has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Steve most recently worked at Genasys Inc. as the VP of Field Operations, where they were responsible for implementing evacuation management platforms to protect millions of people from various hazards. Prior to that, they served as the President of Tend.ai, a company that developed cloud-based software for monitoring and controlling robots using mobile devices. Steve also worked as the SVP of Worldwide Sales and Services at Numecent, where they facilitated the delivery of native Windows applications through cloud technology. Steve held the position of VP of the West Region at Datameer, specializing in self-service analytics running on Hadoop. Before that, they achieved significant results as the RVP of the Platform Solutions Group at SAP, overseeing the implementation of analytics, in-memory computing, and big data solutions for major clients. At OpenText, Steve was the RVP of the West Coast Region, managing enterprise sales and strategic partnerships. Steve also served as the General Manager of North American Commercial at NComputing and as the VP of the West Region at BEA Systems. Earlier in their career, Steve worked as the EVP of Sales & Marketing at SiteLite, Inc., overseeing revenue growth and establishing a strong sales and marketing infrastructure. Lastly, they served as the Director of the Southwest Region at Peoplesoft (Vantive).

Steve S. attended UC San Diego from 1977 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Science.
