Alesia Clardy is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in leadership, training, and event management. Currently serving as Creative Director at VRazeTheBar since May 2020, Alesia focuses on bridging the gap between virtual and real-world experiences. Simultaneously, Alesia has worked as a Senior Consultant for Independent Consultant - Training and Events since October 2014, delivering diverse training topics for large-scale events. As the President and CEO of Focused Attention, established in 1998, Alesia emphasizes exceptional guest experience and customer service through a dedicated team of volunteers. Additionally, Alesia has played a vital role at Gen Con LLC since August 1996, coordinating travel logistics for the annual convention. Previous roles include AVP - Process Design Consultant at Bank of America and various training and project management positions at organizations such as Intulogy and Magellan Health Services.
