Sheila Chandran

Sheila Chandran is a seasoned professional in the field of computational biology and scientific software testing. Currently serving as a Scientific Software Tester at Genedata since October 2018, Sheila has prior experience as an Associate Computational Biologist at the Broad Institute from March 2014 to September 2018. Additional roles include Product Manager at EpiVax, Inc. and Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University. Early in the academic journey, Sheila contributed as a Student Researcher at the University of Florida, focusing on gene research related to apoptosis in mosquitoes. Sheila holds a Master of Science degree in Computational Biology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Florida.
