Previous leadership roles include Vice President of Quality at Serán BioScience, Sr. Director of Quality at Vaxart Inc., and Head of Quality Control at Miltenyi Biotec, among others. Vadim's educational background includes an MBA in International Business from Lincoln University and various certifications related to quality assurance and environmental management.
