Caroline Demarco

Caroline DeMarco is the Vice President of Customer Engagement for the Northeast at Genentech since September 2020. Prior to this role, Caroline DeMarco spent over three decades at GSK, holding various leadership positions including Global Implementation & Change Lead for Future Ready, where responsibilities included overseeing the global launch of two new biopharmaceutical and consumer healthcare companies. Caroline DeMarco also served as Vice President for Selling & Marketing Excellence and Coaching & Selling Excellence, focusing on enhancing technology for learning journeys and driving performance within commercial capabilities. Additionally, as Vice President of Regional Accounts, Caroline DeMarco successfully managed a field team responsible for $5 billion in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Caroline DeMarco holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Howard University and has furthered education at IMD and the University of Pennsylvania as an Aresty Scholar in Leadership, Negotiation, and Strategic Planning.
