Jayamary Kala has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Genentech since January 2015, with prior roles as Team Manager, Principal Solutions Architect, and Commercial SAP Solutions Architect. Previously, from January 2005 to December 2014, Jayamary worked at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics as an SAP Business Systems Analyst, contributing as a functional anchor in various projects, leading teams in implementing complex solutions such as 3PL warehouse interfaces and customized consignment processes. Key responsibilities also included enhancing sales order management, covering pricing, invoicing, and third-party order processing, as well as managing CRM integration and organizational setups in the Asia-Pacific region.
