Kathryn Cary

Kathryn Cary is an experienced Environmental Health & Safety professional, currently serving as an Environmental Health & Safety Business Partner for Genentech since September 2019. In this role, Kathryn has contributed to aligning key performance indicators for safety systems, facilitated root cause analyses, and developed sustainable processes for safety inspections and compliance. Prior experience includes positions at Eurofins and EMSL Analytical, where Kathryn managed safety programs, conducted training, and oversaw laboratory operations. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business with a minor in Marketing from Sam Houston State University.
