Kelly Carmona

Kelly Carmona, MS, serves as Senior Director and Head of Regulatory and Process Excellence at Genentech, roles held since December 2012. Prior positions at Genentech include Associate Director and Team Leader in various quality and regulatory capacities. Prior to Genentech, Kelly Carmona worked as a Principal Regulatory Process Specialist at Roche Pharmaceuticals and as a Regulatory Process Specialist at Roche. Additional experience includes roles as a Medical Affairs Clinical Research Associate at Eisai US and internships in quality assurance and child life media. Academically, Kelly Carmona holds a Master's of Public Health with a focus on Policy, Epidemiology, and Biostatistics from UC Berkeley and a Master's of Science in Regulatory Science from Long Island University, complemented by studies at UC San Diego.
