Matt Kalo

Matt Kalo possesses extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, primarily at Genentech since 2007, where roles have included Part-Time Project Team Lead and Principal CMC Team Leader. Kalo has demonstrated leadership in the development and execution of CMC strategies for large molecule clinical candidates, overseeing cross-functional teams and managing complex projects through pivotal clinical trials. Previous positions include Director, where Kalo restructured analytical departments, and Sr Technical Development Leader, managing multiple CMC activities and overcoming technical challenges.
