Rachel Adragna

Rachel (Musser) Adragna is an experienced clinical operations professional with a career spanning over 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Operations Lead at Genentech since July 2008, Rachel has held several key roles, including Sr. Clinical Study Manager and Clinical Study Specialist Line Manager, where responsibilities include providing leadership in clinical trial delivery and managing the professional development of direct reports. Prior to Genentech, Rachel worked as a Clinical Operations Specialist at Synarc and gained supervisory experience in customer service at UC Davis Coffee House and in parks and recreation management with the City of San Carlos. Rachel holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis.
