Rochelle Silveira Demeneghi is an accomplished professional with diverse experience spanning multiple sectors, including venture capital, technology, and philanthropy. Currently serving as the gBETA Managing Director at gener8tor, Rochelle previously held roles as gBETA Director and Program Manager, focusing on supporting entrepreneurs in rapid growth and venture capital acquisition. As a Product Manager Contractor and Business Development Consultant under Rochelle Silveira, Rochelle helps founders address key business challenges. Rochelle co-founded giveback, a tech-enabled platform for managing donor portfolios, where significant contributions included developing the company's strategy and technology infrastructure. Previously, as Chief Operation & Product Officer and co-founder of Bela Pagamentos, Rochelle led product development and organizational culture from a young age.
