Joseph Schlater

Joseph Schlater has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as an HRIS Analyst II at Generac Power Systems since November 2017. In this role, Joseph manages scheduling for onsite interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking and Performance Management systems. Prior to Generac, Joseph held the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Cielo Talent, where responsibilities included managing job requisition transactions and onboarding processes. Earlier experience includes an internship at QuadMed LLC, focusing on workflow audits and new hire orientations, as well as a shop assistant role at Secure Fire & Safety LLC. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Dayton, earned in 2016.
