Richard Lincoln

Richard Lincoln, PE, serves as the Sr. Director of Global Product Management at Generac Power Systems, where responsibilities include leading a team to develop innovative products that align with market needs and corporate vision. Throughout a career at Generac since November 1998, Richard has held various roles, including Sr. Director of Sales Engineering & Product Management, Director of Product Management for Commercial & Industrial, and Director of Engineering, along with program management positions overseeing the design and development of industrial generator products. Prior to joining Generac, Richard gained extensive experience as a Senior Design Engineer at Exelon, ComEd, Unicom, and Commonwealth Edison from 1991 to 1998. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University, earned in 1991.
